iDudes, LLC operates LineShield, LineAudit, and Line Inspector Pro (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use the Services, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. We keep things short and plain. If a section is unclear, email privacy@theidudes.com and we'll rewrite it.

- We use it to run audits, send reports and alerts, bill you, and improve the Services.
- We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent, trade, or advertise your audit results.
- We share only with the sub-processors listed below (Twilio, Stripe, Resend, Vercel, Neon, GoHighLevel), each required to process the data solely on our behalf.

§Who we are
iDudes, LLC d/b/a The Insurance Dudes, TeleDudes, TeleFunnelOS, and The Telefunnel™ Agency Growth System. Mailing address: 5102 E Pima St, Ste 100, Tucson, AZ 85712, USA. We are the data controller (or, where applicable, the business) for information collected through the Services.
§What we collect
From you, directly
- Email address — to verify you, send audit reports, deliver magic sign-in links, and send alerts.
- Phone numbers you submit for audit — the DIDs you paste or upload to LineAudit or add to LineShield for monitoring.
- Billing details — handled by Stripe. We store only a customer identifier, subscription status, tier, and billing-period end. We never see or store your payment card number.
- Account preferences — DID nicknames, alert routing, optional notes.
Automatically
- Technical metadata — IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL, approximate location (city/region derived from IP).
- Session / auth cookies — a single HTTP-only, Secure cookie named
idudes_sessionto keep you signed in. Scoped to.theidudes.com. No third-party tracking cookies. - Usage events— which reports you view, when you click “Add DIDs,” etc., to debug issues and improve the product.
From third parties
- CNAM and line-type data — when you submit a phone number for audit, we query Twilio Lookup v2, which returns data it has collected from carrier databases (LIDB) and analytics providers. We store the returned fields associated with the submitted phone number.
- Billing status — Stripe webhooks inform us when subscriptions renew, fail, or cancel.
§How we use it
We use the data we collect to:
- Run the audit you requested and generate your report;
- Send transactional emails: verification links, reports, alerts, receipts, and account notices;
- Authenticate you and protect your account;
- Bill your subscription and prevent fraud (via Stripe — we do not see card data);
- For subscribers, re-audit your monitored DIDs weekly and alert you on drift;
- Maintain aggregate, de-identified statistics (e.g., “percentage of audited DIDs with unregistered CNAM”) used in research content and live counters. Aggregate stats never include your specific phone numbers or identifying information;
- Debug errors, monitor abuse, and enforce our Terms;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your audit data for advertising, resale, or for the benefit of any other customer.
§Retention
- Free audit data — 180 days after submission, then permanently deleted.
- Paid-tier subscriber data — retained during active subscription + 90 days after cancellation, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion.
- Billing records — retained as required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years).
- Email logs — retained up to 90 days in Resend for deliverability debugging.
§Security
We protect your data with industry-standard practices, including: TLS 1.2+ in transit for all connections; hashed one-time tokens for email verification and magic-link sign-in; HTTP-only, Secure session cookies; encrypted Postgres at rest (Neon default); restricted production access; and rate limiting on sensitive endpoints.
No system is 100% secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable law.
§Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you may:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you;
- Correct — fix inaccurate data in your dashboard or by email;
- Delete — request deletion of your account and audit history;
- Export — download your monitored-DID history as CSV from your dashboard;
